Fixtures, jigs, and process development. Tools designed around a specific task with future improvements in mind. Most commonly we are asked by customers in the lighting and furniture building industry to build jigs to increase their in-house production efficiency. Occasionally we are asked to produce some interesting jigs by local luthiers.

Pictured here is a welding fixture we built for a lighting company so they could easily adjust, clamp, and weld at various angles, greatly increasing their in-house manufacturing throughput.
