Automation and Custom Machine Building
Automation is a passion for us at Niekamp Tool. We’ve been building machines and equipment since the early 1980’s for local and international companies. We design your custom machine to be safe, programmable, and user friendly, while remaining as affordable as possible. Whenever possible we design our machines to be able to grow with your company, with open I/O for new features and room to be put in-line with other processes. All machines are designed to fit the customers need, manufactured, assembled, wired, and programmed in-house. Using automated machines increases productivity and production rates. We’ve built machines for companies such as Woodstock Chimes, Spector Basses, among others.
The machine pictured here roll forms aluminum coil stock into a bent crimp clip and cuts off at a length the customer can modify.
Designed, engineered, and programmed in-house to punch holes and slots at up to 60 programmable locations in a companies custom extrusion, using user input at the screen or from a spreadsheet on the network or on a thumb drive.
