Production Machined Parts

We tend to specialize in volumes of 1-50, but are happy to machine in the 1000+ ranges as well. Often machining from round and bar stock, we also use billet stock, cast blanks, and custom extruded materials. Most production volumes are done in our CNC machines but occasionally it's practical to involve manual machines for simple processes.

The vast majority of our production manufacturing is under various NDAs, which makes it difficult to share any details or cool features of the things we are producing. In general we manufacture parts for optical housings, focus and zoom components, furniture and lighting, plumbing and electrical, and a good number of other industries. We've assisted in the design and machining of parts in almost every industry and have customers from all across the United States.
